Pech Optical is a full-service independent, family-owned laboratory located in Sioux City, Iowa. With approximately 2,100 Rx jobs rolling off the assembly line every business day, Pech handles uncut and cut & edged lenses, as well as frames and quality sun wear lines in Plano and Rx lenses.   The laboratory has experienced many changes since Robert W. Pech founded the company in 1989. Beginning with only 44 employees, Pech Optical now employs over 260 individuals on three shifts. The facility has also experienced growth – now measuring over 50,000 square feet.
