To assist each account in tracking their earned rewards from Pech Optical and other manufacturer promotions, we issue all the coupons earned at the end of each month rather than with each individual Rx throughout the month. We use a specific method to track all promotions. If rewards are earned, we include those details in a letter that is mailed out by the 10th of the following month. All promotional coupons are sent in an envelope marked “$$$ COUPONS DO NOT DESTROY.”
